We collect information you provide directly, such as your account details (name, email address), conversation data, and usage preferences. We also collect technical data automatically, including device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction logs, in order to operate, improve, and secure the platform.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Conversation data processed through on-device NLP stays local to your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features.

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including Firebase for authentication, MongoDB Atlas for data storage, and cloud providers for infrastructure. These partners are bound by data processing agreements and handle your information only as directed by us.
